Foundingstory of Petra und Hendrik
The idea for PETE was born from a clear vision: to make IT processes simpler, more efficient, and accessible to every company. Petra and Hendrik, both seasoned IT experts, observed the same recurring patterns in their long careers – complex ITSM processes, lack of transparency, and high consulting fees.
Petra, an economist, and Hendrik, a computer scientist, are the two founders of PETE, and they wanted to change the status quo. They were convinced: There has to be a smarter solution – software that empowers companies to optimize their IT processes and manage IT providers on equal footing, without expensive consultants. That’s how PETE was born.
Today, PETE is setting new standards in IT service management, helping companies all over the globe streamline their processes. What began as a shared idea between two visionaries has evolved into an innovative solution that is changing the IT world.
